Let’s meet some of the amazing people that truly help to set Churchill Group apart from the rest.
I’ve technically been working with Churchill Group for 14 years but have been working here full-time for about 2 years now. My role is to develop and lead the company’s technology strategy and Security Systems Division, which covers everything from managing IT systems, service and support to evaluating and implementing new systems, products and infrastructure. I love the people and the team we have created- everyone nurtures and guides each other towards our shared goals.
My dream holiday: Either relaxing in the Maldives or Skiing in the French Alps.
I have worked at Churchill Group for 10 years now, across a number of different roles and levels. This has given me the opportunity to really understand what goes on and has shaped the decisions I make each day. In my role as a Director, I am responsible for the strategic growth and development of the business, as well as leading high-performance teams to ensure the business and its people are always moving forwards. Churchill is a great place to work. Our culture and work ethic are unparalleled; I don’t consider it to be work, it’s more so a lifestyle.
My favourite hobbies: Spending time with my young family is a huge priority for me outside of my Churchill life. I still enjoy going to the gym and even a little cycling.
I have been working at Churchill Group for 13 years. As the national control room manager, my KPIs are to deliver the core hour coverage, making sure that we cover and bill every hour in the business, maintaining an average score of 99.99%, as well as a YTD of 99.92%
What I like most about working at Churchill is that we are more like a family than work colleagues. We all have the same goal to help the business succeed and we all support each other to achieve that.
My top three movies: Marvel’s black panther, Marvel’s Avengers and Transformers.
I’ve now been working at Churchill Group for 7 years and have worked my way up to become head of business development. My primary role is to organically grow the short-term business to achieve the financial year target, managing the Client Relationship Team and acting as the first point of contact to all new incoming business, as well as providing support to existing customers. I absolutely love the culture of our business, we’re like one big family. There’s never a gloomy day working at Churchill!
My dream holiday: Has to be the Maldives!
I’m happy to say I’ve been working at Churchill for three and a half years. As Operations Director, I’m responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s operations, as well as supporting the business with HR and compliance obligations. Hands down my favourite thing about working for Churchill is the people; they really make the company a great place to work.
My top three movies: Godfather 2, Scarface and the Champions League Final 2012 Chelsea beating Bayern Munich (not strictly a movie but I’m sticking with it)
All in all, I’ve been working at Churchill Group for 2 and a half years now. My role involves managing the admin team, as well as leading on key business reporting, service, and compliance. My favourite thing about working at Churchill is definitely the people. The group of people who I work with are unrivalled on a professional and personal level; they make it a joy to go into work.
My dream holiday: Australia or New Zealand.
I’ve been working with Churchill Group for 13 years now, heading up acquisitions and managing the finance team. Here at Churchill Group, we’re big on acquisitions; they help us grow as a company, expanding our range of services, as well as attracting some amazing talent to the team. For me, my favourite thing about working here is the people, as well as our purpose and virtues. They really help to guide the company culture and the way we do business.
My hobbies: Hockey, Golf and keeping fit
I’ve been with Churchill almost 3 years now and my primary responsibilities are to oversee the operational planning and execution of Churchill’s service delivery. I maintain a strategic approach, setting the departments strategic goals, whilst influencing the team’s strategic direction for both short- and long-term strategies.
My hobbies: Being a proud Wigan Athletic fan.
I lead our People Team who ensure we are relentlessly representing our People First virtue in all aspects of our business. I’m also responsible for ensuring that our people propositions foster a culture of high performance, commitment and engagement.
My hobbies: You can probably find me hiking on a mountain with my border collies.
I started working at Churchill group at the beginning of January 2021. I’m responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all of the IT infrastructure and services throughout the business, as well as managing all of the systems such as CCTV, alarms and access control. There are lots of reasons to enjoy working for Churchill but the great people throughout the business definitely make my day; they bring so much positive energy.
My hobbies: mountain biking, motorbikes, cooking and travelling.
