About the role:

Due to or ongoing and continued success, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller/ Management Accountant.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing the Finance team ensuring accurate and timely month end reporting.

This is a hands-on role and you are expected to be involved in the day to day transacting within the department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Heading up the Finance team whilst building up a good rapport with the members.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts to the board.
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cashflows.
• Ensure compliance with all HMRC submissions
• Ensuring processes are fit for purpose and identifying areas of improvement.
• Utilisation of all systems within the business to create efficiencies.
• Build and maintain good working relationships across all departments of the business.
