About the role:

We are currently seeking a professional and highly competent individual to join our Mobile Response Team. Working as a Mobile Response Supervisor, you will be in a pivotal position within the company, liaising directly with customers, suppliers and employees. Reporting directly to the Senior Supervisor you will have many diverse and important roles and responsibilities.

Customer care and service excellence are high on the agenda and therefore it is crucial that you are able to demonstrate your understanding and experience of these key elements.

The hours for this position are based on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working between the hours of 08:30am – 08:30pm, with the availability for overtime.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular, scheduled Locks/Unlocks on behalf of our clients.
  • Responding to alarm activations.
  • Developing strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Completing regular mobile patrols of client’s premises.
  • The training and development of security officers.
  • Managing and maintaining the safeguarding of keys in accordance with the policy, ensuring that all keys remain tagged and stored in a secure place.
  • Conducting regular reports to be sent to our control team, management and clients.
  • Working with the relevant authorities.
  • Conducting regular KPI and welfare visits of our security officers.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Valid SIA License
  • Valid Driving License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Good organisational skills
  • Computer literate
  • High level of professionalism
  • Reliable with excellent time keeping and attendance
  • Ability to use initiative and be adaptable
  • Ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team
