The Churchill Support Services offers an industry-leading security service with a national presence. Due to ongoing and continued success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, passionate and forward-thinking Security officer to work for a number of our clients within the Bristol area. As a Senior Regional Security Officer, you will be trained and required to work at a number of our client’s premises to assist with planned and unplanned absence. This an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a role with a large scope for career progression.

In addition to a competitive rate of pay, we are also offering a mileage rate of 25p per mile, each way. (After the first 10 miles), plus any additional legitimate business expenses (Such as parking etc.)

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Travel to various corporate sites to cover sickness, holiday and provide support to the core team when required.
  • Keeping an accurate record and reporting any incidents or issues to the Regional Business Manager.
  • Demonstrate their character as determined, trustworthy, attentive, and approachable at all times when welcoming clients and customers
  • At all times represent the business in the right manner

The successful applicant will:

  • Be highly motivated.
  • Be humble, display a passion for the role and project a people first approach.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Have an excellent command of the English language.
  • Have the ability to present themselves in an extremely professional manner.
  • Have the highest standards of customer care skills.
  • Be a team player and very customer orientated.
  • Be very flexible and available to work unsocial hours including nights and weekends.

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
  • Suitable method of transport (Must be able to travel to multiple sites)
  • An ambitious personality and willing to grow with the business
