About the role:

We are delighted to announce that due to our ongoing and continued success, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders of the business, so it is essential that the successful applicant has the ability to remain calm, in what can be a fast-paced and challenging role.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming new business leads.
  • Proactive account development and maintaining customer engagement in order to build pipeline, exceed sales targets and maximise personal earnings.
  • Utilisation of Churchill’s sales toolset and company CRM platform to aid the delivery of retention and growth of your customer base and achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Conducting site visits to existing clients.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships across all departments of the business.
  • Keeping up to date with the development of Services within this sector, networking with buyers and sector specialists.
